ABOUT THIS EVENT

The Palo Alto chapter of the Association of Women in Science (AWIS) welcomes you to this monthly community-building event.

Our mission is to build a strong community for professional women in STEM. We all face similar problems, and together we can synergize, empower and celebrate each other.

Each month during our community building session we will devote time to getting to know each other, discussing a topic in intimate groups, and having fun. The community is live on Slack where we will open new relevant channels for ongoing discussions.

We are setting up a peer-mentoring program – these community building meetings are the PERFECT place to find your peer-mentor, whether you need a workout buddy or help with your resume.
