Do you ever find that there are things about you people misunderstand? If so, what are they?
People misunderstand my drive to see everyone win because they fail to understand that community is important at the top just as much as it is on the bottom.
What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
That I am an introvert; I’m quite reserved and only share my thoughts when it’s required or when I feel moved to.
What is your secret to staying motivated?
Living with Passion. Passion can change the world not just one life.
What is the biggest challenge you currently face in your career?
The biggest challenge is mindset: it manifests in many ways. It’s the inability to think critically, the lack of drive to continue to innovate, the lack of willingness to become agile and the desire to be seen/acknowledge for very little effort/merit.
