Construction News’ launched Inspiring Women in Construction in 2018 with the aim of empowering individuals and companies in the industry to champion a fair representation of gender at senior positions, supporting women already working in the sector looking to develop their career and helping businesses improve their culture to enable women to flourish.

The regional workshops and webinars are a core pillar of the campaign and give women and men the opportunity to network, hear from role models and gain best practices to help their careers or businesses.
