We believe that visibility is a key ingredient in the recipe of success. The Collective Rising is committed to providing its members with opportunities for positive exposure by enabling members to legitimize their own voice and establish and strengthen their own personal brand through our platform.

Individuality

Community is core to who we are, but there is no us, without you. The Collective Rising is a community designed to empower the individual. We strive to help our members recognize their own value, significance and worth.

Understanding

At The Collective Rising, we respect others who have different perspectives and opinions than we do. All members are encouraged to operate from a place of inclusivity and understanding and should make every effort to avoid prejudice and preconceptions.

Consideration

Members should treat each person they encounter with integrity, empathy, respect and kindness.

Action

The Collective Rising’s members are ‘do-ers’ that possess a desire to make a mark on the world and create a legacy that will inspireand fuel the next generation of women. When something needs to get done, The Collective Rising’s members are always the first to step up to the plate.

Gratitude

Members of The Collective Rising recognize that they did not get to where they are today alone. Members are encouraged to operate from a place of gratitude and should make every effort to “pay it forward” and help other women both on and offline. All members of The Collective Rising should be honored and understandthe privilege of being part of this inspiring community of ambitious women.

It is imperative that all members follow The Collective Rising’s community guidelines and code of conduct in order to maintain the community’s high morale and ensure respectful
and considerate communication between members.
