Nicole is a writer and diversity thought leader in international affairs. With more than 20 years experience in foreign policy, law, and national security, she uses her platform to advocate for inclusivity and equity in the international policy arena. Nicole has worked and travelled all over the world, especially Eastern Europe. Nicole also uses her lived experiences to craft fiction with strong, dynamic, African-American woman characters. She is writing her first novel.
