Female Peer Support Groups

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Truth Mental Health are back with weekly ONLINE ZOOM female support groups. Each week we will be exploring new ways on how to manage our mental health and adapt self-care to our daily lives. In our weekly sessions, we will be discovering meditation practice, creative journaling, and female empowerment. Small, private and confidential groups of women supporting each other.

We will be inviting different women wellbeing practitioners to share some lived experiences around different topics and social issues women are faced with. We are here to help, not intrude, you can come to our session anonymously and not have to share anything until or when you are ready. We want these sessions to be chilled back so feel free to come in your PJs. This group is here to help you under any circumstance, a non-judgemental, friendly, down-to-earth support worker will be running all sessions.
