My name is Marquita Rene, I am a 500 hour Certified International Yoga Instructor with Certificates in Prenatal & Yin Yoga.

Every Tuesday we #buildheat ! All levels are welcome, let’s flow! We explore meditation, breath to movement and more! Zoom link will be sent day of class!

A few things to have ready for your practice:

2-4 blocks

1 strap

1-2 blankets

1-2 fluffy pillows

Water

If you have any injuries, pain and/or sensitivity, I would recommend speaking with your doctor before we begin our practice and have all your props within arms reach. Modifications available! Props highly encouraged!
