Women are redefining leadership in our global, digital, pandemic-focused time. Businesses have changed locally, nationally, and internationally. The roles of business and government has been redefined, as each finds its way in the rapid and risk-laden conditions of economic, health, currency, and climate transformation.

What are the great arts of leadership that women show, and have shown, in leading for accelerated change, connection, company cultures and wider-world goals? In this session led by IE Professor Sandra Comas, we will briefly study the work of a few women of our time, take a close look at the art of their global leadership, and explore works of art that give insight on our perceptions of women that lead the way of change.
