This series of workshops is designed to introduce you to a variety of tools and techniques to support you in managing your own mental health, helping you to navigate this crazy and hectic life with a little more calm, clarity and ease.
We will explore a new theme each week, gradually building a more tender and loving relationship with ourselves.
These workshops will incorporate the foundations of mindfulness, and supportive tools for mental health into a variety of accessible yoga sessions; providing a time to embody the themes, and reconnect with our incredible bodies.
Empowerment, agency, and compassion are at the heart of these sessions.
Providing a safe and brave space for you to reconnect with your body and mind, and become the leader of your own life.
Each session will be trauma-informed and mental health aware. As such, they are a space for celebration of choice, voice, agency and individual self-exploration.
