ABOUT THIS EVENT

UC Davis OWN IT is an annual women’s leadership conference that strives to empower the next generation of women entering the workforce. Our goal is to inspire our attendees to pursue their aspirations to the fullest of their abilities – regardless of race, background, experience, or personal struggles.

OWN IT’s mission strives toward bridging the gap between female leaders and the millennials who admire them. Bringing together powerful female leaders, OWN IT provides the opportunity for attendees to learn from and connect with these inspirational pioneers and ultimately help them succeed in their future careers in art, business, activism, teaching, and more.

This year, we will be using, Whova, an all-in-one platform for hosting the conference. More information regarding onboarding onto Whova will be given once you confirm your ticket.

We are back with our fifth annual conference: This year has proven to be a challenge for all of us, but rather than feeling held back, let’s use this opportunity to “Rise Together” and celebrate our growth and progress!
