Women go through various changes and challenges throughout the stages of their lives. Sometimes, these moments in life leave us feeling confused or even hopeless. But as a group, we can heal and grow from hearing shared experiences focused on issues impacting women of color.

Topics: culturally-insensitive workplaces, isolation, low self-esteem, negative body image, negative thoughts, and more.

Open recurring group: Occurs on the fourth Friday of every month. The zoom link will be shared before the start of the group.
