ABOUT THIS EVENT
Our online Wellbeing Café, which has been set up to help us all dedicate that little bit more time to ourselves and self-care, is now live!
You can drop in to our Zoom sessions for just a few moments if you can’t stay for long, or come for the whole two hours, it’s completely up to you. We will be having a quick break between the two hours. This gives the volunteers a chance to change, and you a moment to take a break, to leave, or to join as you wish!
Monday 3-5 every week.
In our Wellbeing Café, we will be discussing how we can all schedule a little bit more self-care into our lives, looking at engaging with technology positively, seeking out new/old interests, and challenging ourselves healthily to do more for us, among other wellbeing themes. There are new discussion topics every week, but these are only a guide, as these sessions are for you to use them as you want. This is a virtual space for women to come together and take some time out for ourselves because we all deserve it.
