You are a spiritual being having a human experience. You are limitless in your power and your potential. Don't fall victim to the life society tells you you have to have to be considered successful. Live your life on your own terms and on your own timing. Trust the timing of your life and look at failures as lessons/opportunity to grow! Lastly, take risks!

Deciding not to finish my master's program in social work. I realized that I was going to school to create a safety net for myself, but not necessarily because I WANTED to be there. I was unhappy in every social work job I held not because of the work, but because the system is not set up in a way for those in need to be able to get to a place where assistance is no longer needed. I realized that while I LOVED helping others, being overworked, underpaid, and working within a system that could be doing a lot more to uplift the people it serves was not sustainable for me. I eventually decided to leave graduate school to pursue a career within health and wellness on my own terms.
