Leave the job! You could have the best opportunity right in front of you, but if it doesn't drive you to get up every morning and burn that midnight oil, why do it? We spend so much of our time at work, it ought to be something you can look forward to.
Work hard, play hard. The beginning of my career was just that. Trying to be everything all at once and not finding balance until I reached a state of total burn out.
I can stay up all night thinking through a new campaign or launch strategy. For some reason those ideas come to me right before bed.
The secret to staying motivated is pursuing your passions and nothing more.
I wish I could bottle my "flow state." It could change the world. Most often than not, my flow state finds me. It's a recipe of exercise, diet, sleep, passion, and a good soundtrack.
