I define success as fully living out my values. I currently value authenticity, freedom, and growth. I feel successful when I have incorporated my values into every aspect of my life.
Becoming a full time holistic health coach! I began coaching in March 2020 and will officially be coaching full time in December 2020.
Perseverance, resourcefulness, and empathy.
I took a risk by using my voice as a black girl woman coach to speak up about racial injustice. Specially in the the city I live Minneapolis, MN. I began offering free coaching to black women and it was a huge stepping stone for my confidence as a black woman and as a coach.
