I define success as a journey, not a final stage. Despite the challenges people may face, I consider them stepping stones to success because it pushes people to strengthen their skills and improve their performance.
Don't be afraid to set goals for yourself. Just remember that there’s always more than one way to achieving them. Your journey is yours, so why not embrace it?
