I'm fortunate to have an incredibly supportive family. I have 4 hilarious siblings who are my best friends, compassionate parents who always encourage me to be my best, and a loving fiancé that keeps me grounded and inspired. When I'm searching for guidance or I'm going through a rough time, I root myself in quality family time. I'm grateful to have such strong, meaningful relationships with them.
Make every day special. I've been trying to live more in the moment and appreciate things as they happen. I think we look so often to grand events to fill our lives with joy and sometimes it's easy to miss the parts of life that are special in small, significant ways. I try to do at least one thing each day that is memorable and fun, whether it's inviting a sibling over to watch a comedy or taking my dog to the pet store to get a new toy.

To become comfortable with saying "I don't know enough about that topic to give an opinion yet." It's okay to not assert an opinion on something you don't know enough about. I think people have really forgotten that and so there's so much misinformation and ignorance for the sake of ego. By saying, "You know what, check back in with me later after I research this a little more," I can really be sure of my opinion and the stance I take after I think about it a little bit. People take you more seriously when you know what you're talking about.
I feel empowered when I'm surrounded by ambitious women. There's something really special about a collective sisterhood and it's truly a magical experience to be in the presence of women who want to support each other and see each individual person succeed to the fullest.
