I would stop trying to plan every detail of every move - While it's important to strategize, research and take calculated risks, there is also alot that won't become clear until you just take that first step and start executing.
We've been slowly and carefully building our team, and are happy that we finally expanded our founding team of 2 this year! As entrepreneurs, it's so hard to let go of the tasks that you have been doing since day 1. But only when you start to bring on more people can you fully start leveraging the power of a team and accomplish way more than you could on your own.
