My age! I turn 40 this year...
Having people understand my value. I am more than a VA and I am valuable! I am creating a definition for myself that people will be able to see I am an essential part of their team!
I was once told to not pursue my dreams, to fit into a box to try to just get by and live like everyone else. What did that even mean? I was meant for more and changing the minds anyone who felt like that person who told me this became a new focus for me.

I had to change careers suddenly. Closing the door on 20 years of work in the same industry was scary and closing my salon was the hardest career decision I ever made. However, I don't regret it one bit!
