I am an empathetic person. That's the strongest trait I have that really defines my individuality. I am also a very high-achieving person. I am constantly setting goals and doing my best to complete them. Lastly, I am a strategic person which is one of my strongest traits. I don't move forward with a decision without proper analysis and thinking it through to the best of my knowledge.
I aspire to hold many patents for my innovative and world changing designs. I want to design unique products, tools and machines that really make a difference in society.
Imposter Syndrome and fear of failure. These are the biggest challenges I have to overcome because it is not easy to be different or out of the box. I just need to embrace my individuality and uniqueness despite criticism and bad opinions.
I want to be known for my passion for change. I want to be known as someone who sees a problem and fixes it. I want to be known as a pioneer, a leader and an advocate for women in engineering.
