While working with one of my new colleagues, I noticed she was acting down. I pulled her aside to figure out what the issue was and helped her address it. Not only did it make her mood improve, it also allowed her to work more efficiently and effectively. It’s important to check on people, everyone is dealing with something and all we want from each other is compassion and understanding.
I am proud of my tenacity, kindness and perseverance.
The best piece of advice I have been given is to never grow up. You can grow old on the outside, but staying youthful, happy and carefree will make life more enjoyable and make others gravitate towards you.
I am most grateful for my family. They mean the world to me and are the only people in the world that love you unconditionally.
Volunteering makes me feel most fulfilled. I love giving back and helping others in any way I can.
