I define success as being truly happy everyday. Whether that’s in a job, a relationship or with yourself. Being successful doesn’t mean everyday will be easy or enjoyable, but at the end of it you are still happy with your decision.
A goal I had was to be more confident navigating difficult situations. Sometimes that’s picking up the phone and calling someone to discuss a sensitive topic, a disagreement or apologizing. Other times it’s making a decision that isn’t easy and could have consequences that impact others. In either scenario, the situation is not comfortable and will never be. But the way I approach and handle them can be the difference in the outcome or how someone leaves the conversation.
I want to be known for being a good person. A person that people enjoy working not only for but with. A person that understands others and recognizes that everyone is unique and can bring something to the table. A person that embraces challenges and shares success.
I’m proud to be fiercely loyal, compassionate and incredibly driven.
No day is ever the same. There is constantly change and the need for adaptability is a non-negotiable to succeed. It makes everyday exciting and keeps the creativity alive.
