What advice would you like to share with the next generation?

Use your voice and honor it's message. The world is ripe to be shown new ways and those routes will be paved by those with the courage to speak and walk away from unconsciously accepted norms. Don't be afraid to tap into your creative sources, there's no one place for inspiration to find you. Tap in, listen, and show us all who you are. The world is ready for you today and there's no shortage of ways for you to contribute and make change happen.

What do you think is your greatest strength?

I would hands down say resilience. I believe in the power of problem solving and my eyes are always glued in the possibilities of tomorrow, while healing from the weight of yesterday. In order to experience more, I'm committed to honoring and healing from yesterday, today.

What is one piece of conventional advice you strongly disagree with?

Fake it until you make it. I think the intent is great, but I'm not a fan of this phrase. I'd say keep walking the path you're on and don't be afraid to lean on your mentors and community to support you, but don't fake it. Be it, feel it, rise from it. Be present and honor yourself and watch what doors and opportunities find you on your path of integrity. Act intently and consciously.

What is a career goal of yours?

I want to create a think tank or community consultancy of design thinkers who are working to humanize technology and our collective experience. It's a bit of an abstract goal, but I'm very curious about the intersection of commerce and well being and how we can use technology to ethically aid in human decision making and improve our relationship with ourselves, nature, and technology itself.

What is your favorite phrase or saying?

Beautifully Invincible - it's a phrase I made up for myself during some very turbulent years that became a beacon for me. It reminds me that we can overcome and conquer any goal or any fear if we stay rooted in humility, flexible like water, and powered by grace.
