Tell us about a professional goal you have made strides towards this year.

One of my professional goals this year was to develop my leadership skills. Our team is growing, and I know my personal development as a leader is important in making sure that I effectively lead. So, I've hired a leadership coach and doing more reading to understand the different leadership styles and which style I resonate with most.

What advice would you like to share with the next generation?

Find commonality and learn from older generations. Make a difference among your peers. Positively impact younger generations.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

The most exciting part of my job is that I get to work with women entrepreneurs who have such passion for what they do. It's inspiring and is such a catalyst for me to show up with my best advice and talents in tow.

What are you most passionate about?

I'm passionate about helping women and minorities grow profitable businesses.
