A hard working, loving, humble, and kind human being.
Nature truly inspires me. Often times, we are looking at what our life is missing and what we don't have access too. When I get into this negative feedback loop, I think about the life that is growing and flourishing around me. Being outside, looking at nature, feeling the wind on my face or listening to the ocean, inspires me to be grateful for what I have and how I can expand and grow. By appreciating nature, I am able to find moments of stillness throughout the day which inspires me to work, be present, and have gratitude each day.
Reach for the stars and land among the stars. This quote reminds me to go after my dreams because along the way I can land on the stars, which is all part of the journey.
The best part of being in the health and wellness industry is that I can forever be a student while I help people. There is endless information about nutrition, wellness, and mindfulness that I am excited and eager to learn and work every day.
I feel in the state of "flow" when I am 1. Yoga. Yoga is a way for me to come back to my intuition and release any sensations that are holding me back. 2. Working. When I am in a calm environment, working and or creating my business. 3. Running. Running is a form of meditation for me. Not every time I will be in "flow" yet when I am, it's usually the best and most freeing runs.
