How do you define success?

Success is being passionate, motivated, and proud of what you accomplish with your time.

If you could start all over, what would you do differently?

I would take the time earlier on to define my passions, aspirations, and career goals - rather than solely figuring it out as i go.

Tell us about a time you took a risk at work.

I was in marketing (what I went to school for) for many years out of school, until i decided to start over and went from a salaried mid level marketing role to a minimum wage, part time retail role. This redefined my career trajectory, and finally gave me the time to reflect about what really inspires me.

Tell us about a time you showed leadership at work.

I pride myself in seeing others succeed - anytime i have hired, trained, or promoted an employee, I see them taking a step forward in their career as a result of the leadership i provided.

What advice would you like to share with the next generation?

Your journey is your own - you can truly experience a life of your own design.
