98% of my job is joyful. It's a happy area of healthcare. But I have a special place within me for pregnancy loss. The loss of an unborn child is something that changes women to their core. It changes their perception and enjoyment of any future pregnancies. Slowly, our society is beginning to discuss pregnancy loss, and I hope with awareness- more people will show compassion and support the the feelings and experiences women encounter with loss.

The most exciting part of my job is knowing that I still provide direct care to women, and every day will be different. Everyone is going through their own struggle and challenges - and I am very privileged to provide care and information so they can make informed decisions.
I'm most passionate about providing education to all women. Health care is a basic right. I may never be able to provide direct care to a person, or have never met in person, but I can provide knowledge and education to empower to so many women indirectly - and that is amazing!
We are inspiring and encouraging a future generation of women that are making changes. Every day is a gift and a choice on how I can present myself to encourage others.

With education, I empower people to make informed decisions regarding their body. I also like to normalize the health issues and experiences we have, but are too embarrassed to talk about.
