My three best habits are a lack of procrastination (perhaps this is called anticipation?), empathy, and gratitude.
My greatest strength is my drive. I'm always working towards future goals and have a very strong work ethic.
This year I would love to learn more about character animation and how to become a better freelancer.
I disagree with the qualities that we conventionally attribute to good leaders. Instead of focusing on traits like strength, power, and confidence, I think better traits to focus on are empathy, communication, and humility.
