The opportunities I have been given in life, when I look back, I have been very lucky in the “leaps of faith” I have been given. I am grateful I saw the opportunities and jumped. I am equally grateful for my family who has always supported me.
Making decisions without emotional attachment. Over the years, I have seen great leaders fall because they make emotional decisions that end up ruining companies.
Be kind. You never know what someone else is dealing with, so always always choose kindness.
I want to create something of my own. It could be a spin off of a department or product, but I want it to be something that was fully started by myself.
The idea of letting my father down. I have done everything in my adult life to make him proud.
