Absolutely not. All of my struggles and hardships have brought me to where I am today. I wouldn’t even change how long I struggled. Because of that, reached a breaking point where I knew something had to change. I needed to dig deep into mindset & limiting beliefs, figure out what my next level potential is, recondition my brain and take massive action that would propel me in the direction of where I wanted to go.
1. Waking up early -drinking hot water with lemon and having quiet time before the kids wake up 2. Getting in some sort of daily exercise- whether it’s walking with kids and dogs, A ride on the peloton or yoga/movement 3. Taking deep breaths before I react
