How do you define success?

I define success by how free I feel on a day-to-day basis. Do I have agency in my work? I'm I consciously making choices with my time, efforts and resources? I think success starts in the mind, and, for me, feeling "free" is the best way I can measure how present I am for my work and my day -- ultimately leading to positive outcomes!

What are your career aspirations?

I aspire to be an authority in the realm of adult development psychology, career pivots, and female leadership. I am building upon my career coaching practice to start offering courses and resources at scale, so a greater number of people can benefit from my expertise.

What inspires you?

I am inspired by women who forged ahead in male-dominated industries, who focused on their work and didn't take "no" for an answer. I am also inspired by female entrepreneurs who are crafting lives outside the "workaholic" mindset.

What are your three best habits?

I am active regularly, and have been since I was young. I can generally motivate myself to move my body every day. I spend time in nature and prioritize my wellbeing in this way. I work plan ahead of time - outlining my tasks to be done and prioritizing them.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

The most exciting part of my job is witnessing my clients returning closer to their true joys, desires and ambitions. There is nothing in the world like being present for someone else "waking up" and gaining clarity and confidence in their ability to make their dream life and career happen.
