The moment you become honest and take responsibility for your actions, it's the moment you gain control and power over your life.
To make a change you need to get out of your comfort zone. I believe that we thrive in our comfort zone, and if we are not doing so then we are definitely not in the right place. And it's our job to create that comfort zone where we can enjoy flow state.
