Starting all over, that's the dream, isn't it!? Maybe for some. I'm one of them. If I could start from scratch, I'd have figured out my WHY and stayed true to it from the beginning. Instead of collecting gold starts and focusing on being everything to everyone, I would've considered what would ultimately make me feel happy, fulfilled, and successful -- and stuck to that course.
I'm most grateful for the ability to slow down with gratitude. It's only been a recent practice of mine to slow down and really observe what I've achieved, who surrounds me, and what I'm proud of. Prior to being able to do this my focus was just on "more"... Nothing would've ever been enough, there was too much I hadn't done or too many "what ifs" not turned over.
My mentor always told me, "never burn bridges unless you can help it." I've never agreed. It's not for everyone, but I've never lived in a mindset of keeping bridges in place to keep opportunities open. I'm very honest and decisive with myself on people I would like to do business with (again) and people that aren't right for me or my business. If I can reconcile the potential loss of opportunities by burning a bridge and still feel like I'm on the right side of (my) history... light it up.
My loyalty is my greatest strength! I love supporting, going to bat for, and building up the people in my circle. This is a trait that I bring into my work with clients and I have such pride knowing they're confident that I'll do my best work to make their brands shine.
