Success to me is being able to live the lifestyle that I want, have time freedom, the ability to choose who I want to spend my time with and making a positive impact on those around me.
I want to help change the face of mental health, instead of stigma and shame, I want people with mental health disorders to know that they are unique and special. That they can live the life of their dreams and be in tune with the deepest parts of themselves.
Ama la vida que vives, Vive la vida que amas. Or Love the life you live, live the life you love.
Help people to be more kind to themselves, to others, and to all living creatures. I want to help re-integrate what so many of us have become disconnected from, love, nature and the greater energy that connects us all.
I try to tap into flow as often as possible. I love when I am able to connect to it in every day life in interactions with others, but I am most able to be in flow when I am in nature. Surfing is one of the places that I tap into flow most often.
