To me, success is as simple as making a living doing what you love, and always aiming to be better at it everyday. You're constantly growing and learning about your craft.
I am most passionate about developing recipes and pairing them with wine. There is something magical that happens when a dish meets its perfect match in a wine.
I feel most fulfilled when I am cooking and serving those that I care for and seeing the smile on their face when they try my food and the wine that I have paired with it. Also, when people tell me that they cooked one of the recipes on my Instagram for their family and how much everyone loved it. So the short of it would be I am most fulfilled when I am cooking and sharing that passion with others.
I would say my greatest strength is having an open mind. I love hearing peoples stories and learning about different cultures. This has enabled me to meet some really incredible people and have some very memorable experiences.
I am in a state of flow when I am creating. Whether it be creating a new recipe, taking a photo, or even thrifting (I find thrifting super creative.
