Family, friends, health, my career, and the ability to be grateful for not only the positive things, but for the negative too. It's important to be able to feel and recognize all emotions.
Connection and personal development. I am an extroverted introvert. I believe listening to others stories, goals, dreams, experiences and aspirations is the ultimate way to help us all grow.
To manage my own team.
When I am taking time to rest and focus on things that make me truly happy. This doesn't mean that every day is totally balanced between work and play, but it does mean that on average I am taking time to care for my loved ones, focus on my career, and care for myself. For me, this means moving my body via yoga, pilates or a long walk, reading, food, and tarot.
