I am very creative but also highly organized and analytical. This has positioned me well in leading small companies where I need to wear lots of hats and balance the business side with creative spontaneity.

A mentor once said “Every career opportunity I have created for myself” I have followed that advice as well, creating roles and opportunities from situations in which there seemed to be none.
