Success to me is defined as anything that brings me closer to my goal; which is being happy and doing what I can to make the world better for others. I don’t see it as a ‘place’ or a state of arrival but rather incremental and in different areas of life!

I’m obsessed with Lord of the Rings and the world Tolkien created. I even started learning elvish and just about everything I own has a name from his world.

Raising my sons in this crazy world. Doing what I can to instill the best qualities in them so they can flourish when they’ve gone into the world!
Born and raised in Nigeria, Nosa moved to New York in 2002 to attend Hunter College where she began the pursuit of her interest in philanthropy.
With a mix of account and direct nonprofit experience, Nosa has a unique marketing and fundraising perspective. She began her non-profit career in 2007, as a consultant at Sanky Communications and then at Eidolon Communications, where she cultivated a passion for marketing and fundraising.
Nosa joined the ASPCA in 2015, first managing the A’s stewardship and retention efforts. And now, as the Director of Member Acquisition, she oversees all offline acquisition efforts including Face – to – Face, DRTV, Direct Mail, Radio and Podcasts.
Now with well over a decade of strategy experience, she is seasoned at managing profitable direct marketing fundraising campaigns.
Owing to her experience and passion, Nosa sits on the board of the DMFA – committed to making fundraising more efficient for non-profits; and She Builds Lives, a non-profit focused on educating economically disadvantaged children in Nigeria.
Nosa lives in New Jersey with her husband and 2 beautiful sons. When she isn’t with her family, she is plotting to make her friends go to karaoke with her.
