My younger brother, Spencer Rudolph. He inspires almost every day I get the chance to work with him. He is my inspiration for simply for the fact for the business he has created. Not only did he create a business that would sustain him, our family and our community. He created a business that heals the earth and our soil. He created a regenerative farm that feeds our local San Diego community. We setup a locate farm stand market as well as provide to local natural grocers and a few high end restaurants. He has created for himself a job that he is so completely passionate about. He has taught himself, no schooling, simply by watching others and implementing his own organic practices. He is truly my inspiration.
Be kind. If you can be anything in the world it is to be kind. Show compassion and be empathic. Not blind but empathic to other people's lives and causes.
I am in charge of the seeding. Meaning, every week I plant the trays for the next round of transplanting. Without seeding every week we would not be able to have our weekly harvest. We would not be able to grow and supply our community with fresh, organic vegetables. The absolute MOST exciting thing though...watching the seeds grow within 5-7 days. Seeing an actual success rate. It's the most rewarding part of my job.
My job. Everyday I get to start my day in nature feels like a blessing. Everyday I walk into the farm green house and see the days progress no matter the storm the whether. I am grateful for nature, for life.
