I define success as continually working towards your goals and achievements in a way that still allows you to live your ideal life and be happy during the process. Success can look different and it does not have to be only monetary. I believe as long as you keep working towards something and growing as a human, you are or will be successful.
In 2020 I quit my job and started my own business with no idea what to do. I have worked towards building and growing my business and brand as a nutritionist and health coach. I have been able to gain more clients and have an amazing experience with them. I am learning more and more about having my own business.
As a new entrepreneur, learning all the ins and outs of having your own business. I would say everything that comes with growing a business and scaling, there are many challenges but this also means many opportunities for growth. I cannot pick one challenge but the top three for me would be attracting ideal clients, time management and sales/marketing!
I am most passionate about helping people feel good everyday! My whole life's purpose is to help support and empower people to feel good everyday through food and movement. I truly believe everyone deserves to show up as their best self and feel amazing as often as possible. The form of movement that I am move passionate about is dancing! Getting more people to dance and have more confidence in the fact that they can dance is important to me.
Being able to support. empower. help. encourage and inspire others makes me feel most fulfilled. When I get feedback from my clients it means the world to me to see how their life has shifted. Not only that, also being able to see the journey of growth from where they started and all the amazing changes they have made is the most amazing thing!
