I define success for myself by the amount of impact I’m able to have on peoples lives. I’m able to assess the impact by the results that they get and by the habits and behaviors they’ve been able to change to better support their day-to-day life.
I’m currently in school to become a nutritional therapy practitioner and I think that’s one of the bigger goals I’ve had for myself this year. I basically want to take my practice and support for women to another level through this additional certification.
I feel three traits of mine are relatability, transparency, and listening.
Figure out who you are, do what you enjoy and truly spend time getting to know yourself. Follow your own path and remember that you are the blueprint it’s OK if you see something that doesn’t look like you and it’s OK if you can’t find an example for what you want to do because you were meant to create it yourself.
I feel I’m in the state of flow in the mornings. I like to be up in active when the world is asleep and I feel my best ideas and the best time I’m able to really connect with God without Interruptions all happens in the morning.
