People assume I am promoting blind positivity—a permanent smile. Not so. I am all about full acceptance of self and emotions.

I see it as freedom and abundance. When you create a life for yourself that you live, instead of it living you.

I wanted to try launching a program with a set methodology. And I did it! Even in a pandemic, I signed clients for a 6 month program!

Make more mistakes. I was a people pleaser and bottled up emotions well into my 20s.

The ability to grow and learn. It’s never failed me to reflect and change. I’m so grateful to be able to change my mind.
