I consult with organizations to build human-centric workplaces, the world's best leaders, resilient teams, and strategies and programs to support the advancement of women.
Leaving my corporate job to start my own business. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made however I knew if I didn't give it a try I would always wonder "what if". It's led to greater fulfillment and meaning in my life.
Professionally - empowering my clients to meet their goals and seeing the impact of their results. Personally - spending time in nature with loved ones.
Intention. I believe that if we build more stop signs into our day and pause we can be more thoughtful about the actions we take, the words we speak, the decisions we make, how we spend our time and what we give our energy to. When we are present we are more grateful for our experiences and the people around us.
