My direct report, who is also the director for all manufacturing processes at my company. He’s kind, compassionate, wise, and knows when to hold his tongue and ask questions. He’s a strong advocate for his team and will do everything in his power to help us be successful. He has given me great leadership advice and I aspire to be like him one day
My family. They have been my rock and foundation and my biggest support team my entire life. And I wouldn’t be where I am today without their support.
I was homeschooled all my life up until high school
Helping others and inspiring students to pursue careers in STEM. I have come to the conclusion that majoring in engineering is geared towards those who are privileged. And my goal is to change that for future generations.
Not to major in aerospace engineering. If you major in aerospace, you’re locked into aerospace and can’t do anything else. But if you major in mechanical engineering, you can still work in aerospace.
