I define my success in the good I can create for others. I am so blessed that people find joy in my works so I could bring that emotion to others, then I have succeed. I wholeheartedly believe artists create the culture with our work so making works of art that evoke emotion are incredibly important. Also, I believe in collaborations with other artists. To learn from and get inspiration from other people/cultures is essential to gain a more genuine connection with the world.
I would believe in myself more from the beginning. Most of my life, the confidence wasn’t always there. It came and went. I think if I could look back, I would tell myself to just do it. Not wait for permission nor care what others thought.
I want to be remembered as an artist with a heart. That I create pieces that evoke happiness and love for the owners of them. Also, I bring good to the world.
To expand on my previous response I would say to believe in yourself. No matter what, always put yourself first so you can create the life you dream of. No one will give you your dreams. You have to find them yourself. There is nothing greater than achieving your goals just exactly how you have imagined them. It’s not impossible to do, you just have to focus on them.
