If it scares you, do it. I live by that daily and it has allowed me to achieve much success not only personally but professionally. I wouldn't have been in NY had I not moved here scared as heck. Nor would I'd be a founder had I not jumped full throttle into launching my brand. So I think the healthiest thing we can do is put ourselves out there when it scares us the most.
