Because I can be introverted, I sometimes feel like people aren't always willing to have a conversation with me. I am full of ideas and opinions, but don't share them if you don't ask! I am a great listener but do want to be listened to sometimes too. I see things differently on occasion and want us to be open to ideas that aren't always conventional.
Give yourself grace. And you don't always have to go with the crowd. It's ok to think differently or do something differently.
